Mike,
I would try Fair Radio for the parts. You may be able to pick up the
complete power supply module for the AM-3349 there.

With the "STC" prefix, the "STC-2114" may be a component that was
manufactured by Silicon Transistor Corp. They specialize in military and
high-reliability power semiconductors. If the component itself is not
available, perhaps they can provide a spec so you can take a shot at a
sufficiently close alternate.

Subject: [Milsurplus] GRC-106 DC power supply problems from Mike W7NPA
Hi Everyone,
I had the misfortune of shorting the switching transistors in my GRC-106's
Amp the AM-3349 DC to DC power supply...
They are either the MHT-9801's or STC-2114... I need a pair of one or the
other type... Also gone is the base resistors R-1 and R-2 for these
transistors... They are 1 ohm at 33 watts...
Any help that anyone could give would be great.... Spec's, places to look,
or even the parts!
Thanks from Mike W7NPA

Also here what happened that caused the switching transistors to short...
I was using the GRC-106 with the MD-522A on 850 shift RTTY. The other
station send me some CW because of poor band conditions, in order to tune
him in better I changed Modes to CW from FSK on the GRC-106, the 522 was
still in the 850 shift mode (or FSK mode ) ... As I changed modes in
receive the Amp was keyed ( I think ) by the 522 somehow shorting the
transistors in The DC supply... So from now on I will make sure that I have
the 522 on voice or turned off before going the CW mode on the GRC-106...
