[Milsurplus] "PCL" marking on GN-58 box

In the batch of GN-58-A's that I have, I came across one that was packed =
a
little differently. Turned out to be a GN-58 (not GN-58-A), Order No.
724-MSCPD-44, and I think was probably depot overhauled after the war, as=
the paint is a bit "thicker" looking than most of the original finish
wrinkle green from the war years. Question is, does anyone know what "PC=
L
4/46" means? The other markings on the packing, "MFP 5/51" and "MVP 5/51=
"
I know the meaning of, or at least the intent (not totally certain of the=
meaning of the "M" in "MVP").
