Oops!  Make that a TM-11-5040 for the PP-282 (and other) power supplies.

One really needs all four manuals for complete technical info on the
set.  The single most important manual is, however, the TM 11-285 for
the AN/VRC-7.

The AN/VRC-7 is popular with military vehicle types since it is the
easiest and simplest and smallest set of this vintage to put together. 
That's why I think FRS has such a high price on the MT-300/GRC.  Demand
vs. supply.

On the other side of the spectrum, the AN/GRC-7 (and -3 and -5) is the
most complex combination, and weighs about 225 lb vs. the 60 lbm for an
AN/VRC-7.  The larger mounts are often one-third the price of the small
MT-300/GR mount.  Demand vs. supply again.
