[Milsurplus] RAL avail in OR, WA

I have a Navy RAL-7 i am thinking of disposing. 
At present i am looking for a deal that would not
require shipping.
This is a grey overhaul. It has many non orig knobs but 
i am  attempting to buy some  original knobs for it.
I have the original (insanely  big)  original ACPS for it.
Strangely, if i didn't have the PS, it would be easier for
me to think about keeping, but  both together is too
much, and i shouldn't split it up.
I can handoff on I-5 anywhere between Eugene OR and 
Everett WA. 
I would like to get a standard price for it ( i guess that
means somewhat referenced to auction prices, so i 
don't get beat on it - i stubbornly would rather give it
away than sell at sacrifice price ) or trade for RBM-lf,
RAX-any, spreadband SWL portable such as Nordmende,
Admiral etc (non all-bands all-modes all-junk), smaller
regen receiver, or what have you.
