Probably the reason that the whole thing isn't on Bill's (NJ7P) site is

became T.O. 12R2-2ART13-2) and AN 08-30ART13-5 (which didn't).  You have =
to
watch the basic and revision dates, though.   Especially if you didn't pi=
ck
up a program when you entered the stadium.
