I would think most/all would have been destroyed, just like all of the
early WW2 aircraft radar manuals. Too sensitive, I guess. It would be
cool, anyway.
I have some manuals for some of the big radars used in missile tests -
the most complete manual set being for an AN/FPS-16. This was (is - they
are still in limitted use) a huge, 2000+ tube monopulse system, made for
tracking missiles and drones at the test ranges. Its a big manual set -
about a foot thick.
I don't know if the AN/GRW-5 had anything to do with the AN/FPS-16, but if
you want some specifics, please speak up and I will look up.
