Has anyone had experience of converting the Navy TBS (60-80MHz) transmitter
and Receiver down to 50MHz? As there was a TBS on LST's during WW2 for
bridge to bridge communications, it would be nice to get the one aboard
LST-325 operational and usable on the ham bands. The transmitter probably
will be very easy to change, but the receiver seems to be a much greater
problem. Any help would be appreciated.
