Well, back in those days, it was No Such Agency, and USAFSS was a name
you could say.  Same same.  

There is a long and interesting story there.  The short version is
because AFSS was new, and ASA and NSG had history, long, long history,
the only one NSA had any success in controlling for a long time was AFSS.
 Some of that still holds today.
