The shipboard version of the GP-7 transmitter was the TCE.
There were 3 series of TCEs.   TCE, TCE-1 & TCE-2.
The TCE & TCE-1s along with their tuning units were made out of aluminum.
The TCE-2 & tuning units were made out of steel.
Weight between them were as follows: TCE, TCE-1  58 pounds., TCE-2  78
pounds.
Tuning units were approx. 13-15 pounds (aluminum) & 20-22 pounds (steel).
