The BC-375/BC-348 was not designed for and
was utterly unsuited to the role of Command radio.

Dave I don't know how you figgered me saying the BC375/348 were used
for interplane (command) fm that.  But you did.

I went on to say HF interplane had been abandoned & Command Sets were
there for liasson back-up.

But HF laisson ditched too & whole thing in E-T-O became VHF w. onset
of jurassic repeaters.
