All,

Have one of these, nice green wood box 3 X 13.5 X 4.25 (in., HWD), Signal 
Corps with a 45 contract date.  Has a metal clip arrangement on the front 
holding 12 plastic tags with spaces to write in "Freq.," "Channel" and "Bat. 
Date."  Inside a dozen small plastic three-pin plug in coils, labeled "Coil, 
Antenna, C-362, 4225 - 4475 K.C., 24K29023" (for example).  Holes for a row 
of what would appear to be smaller coils too, but all these are missing.  
Also, pin holes for 24 FT-243 Xtals (presumably), and 12 slots along one side 
to hold something else.  

Anyone know what this was part of?
