[Milsurplus] Radio suppression on WWII radio jeep

No one on the G503 jeep board was able to answer these questions very well
so I thought I would try here.

On my 1944 MB Navy MZ-1 radio jeep with a TCS radio I need most of the
standard radio suppression filters and bond straps for that era
jeep plus a few extras.

The filters listed are as follows:

I show that for type II suppression:

WO-A-8884 filter, 0.01 MFD., mounted to ignition switch.

WO-A-7849 filter, .5 MFD., mounted on starter motor.

WO-A-8883 filter unit, .01 MFD., (generator regulator field) mounts
to the screw closest to the dash on the regulator and attaches to the
field terminal of the regulator.

WO-A-8010 filter, .25 MFD., (voltage regulator) mounted to regulator,
mounts to the screw on the regulator closest to the front of the jeep
and attaches to the battery terminal of the regulator.

WO-A-5337 filter unit, no MFD listed, generator ground to armature
circuit mounts on the screw for the generator ground and attaches to
the armature terminal of the generator.

WO-A-7848 filter, 0.1 MFD., mounted on coil at the stud attaching the
coil bracket to the block and using the stud closest to the front of
the engine and attaching to the coil terminal going to the
distributor.

On the MZ-1 there is an additional capacitor, the same as WO-A-7848
on the opposite side of the coil mounted to the suppression shielding
for the coil and attaching to the terminal going to the junction
block and on from there to the ignition switch.

I have only been able to find the A-5337 and the filter for the radio
terminal box which is a WO-A-7600 filter, .5 MFD.

So where do I get these other filters and if I can't find them
can I use the 7600 in place of the others? I'm not sure I understand
the microfarad issue and capacitors/condensers very well? Is there
some electronics store that sells these automotive type capacitors
based on MFD?

Another issue is I have a NOS 24v generator that came as a unit that
fits between the seats and has it's own set of filters. This
thing was built in 1945 and has never been used. The capacitors on it
are covered with a white dusty film. What is that and will the
capacitors be ok if I just clean them up?
I thank the board for its time.
