Yes, very good article. 

In the article, however, the precursor to the TBY, the TBP, was claimed to
have been cancelled before procurement started. I believe this is not the
case, as one of the old Navy "Radio and Sound" Bulletins (number 12)
explicitly talks about the TBP and TBY power supplies and batteries.
