[Milsurplus] FS: Collins Test Sets

Have a couple of Collins Aircraft Radio test sets, applicable to the
ARC-190 (commercial=HF-190) HF radio.   One is the 966-D5 Functional
Test Set, which tests the RT, Coupler, Preselector, and Control Head.  
The other is the 998-U1 Coupler Test Set, which tests the Coupler's
control cards.
