[Milsurplus] TM's on CD

I recently picked up a set of three CD's which contain over 500 training
manuals.  The set appears to be of high quality but lacks any kind of index.
All the contents are listed with a numerical identifier which I find
frustrating.  Before I turn my JR Op loose on manually making a list I
thought I would check if one exists.  They were purchased on e-bay from S &
R Distributing in Norman, OK.  An e-mail request to them advises that no
index is available.
