[Milsurplus] ID This Amp

Greetings to all,
Does anyone know the correct designation for this amplifier?
It is very similar to a Harris RF-110 but I have one here without tags =
made by Stewart-Warner. I found a pix on the net but can't make out the =
tags

I also need some parts to get it going--anyone know a source of parts =
for it?
