AN/ARR-2.  Another possible scenario is that MT-6/??? got assigned, but t=

part was never built.  As has been discussed here before, nomenclature wa=

usually assigned early in a project.  If the part (or for that matter
complete system) turned out not to be needed, the number didn't get reuse=
d
so far as I have ever seen.
