Dear OM,

The RT-68/GRC is a receiver transmitter FM 38-54.9 MHZ , 2 or 16 watts, one
of components of AN/GRC-7, AN/GRC-8, AN/VRQ-3, AN/VRC-10, AN/VRC-15,
AN/VRC-18,AN/VRC-22.

The PP-308/GRC is a Power Supply Unit.Similar to PP-308/URR for receiver
AN/GRR-5 (1.5/18 MHz), perhaps.See if it's 6 Volts PSU ??.

Usually the RT-68 works witth PP-109 (12 Volts) or PP-112 (24 Volts).
