Hi
I think it is a hard to do this by bad/good lists etc. It is very easy =
to change identity on the net and as mentioned there are normally two =
sides on the coin - seller and buyer. Before you come on the list, you =
have to cheat at least one person.(Hopefully not me)
Just to show how strange this world is, please try this link =
http://website.lineone.net/~finalrv/radio.htm
and after that, have a look in the guest book. If I have this guestbook, =
I think I would close down the guestbook or my business, but at least =
the guy is honest - look here I cheat people :-)
In the normal world you arrange via banks where you deposit the payment, =
and release it only on arrival of the goods, here we normally are =
talking about new items, when it comes to used items it is much more =
difficult.
I has never been cheated but of course it is a big problem.
Would it be possible to ask a layer to make a standard legal contract =
useable for all this kind of transactions, which identify each person =
and arrange delievery, payment, return possibilities if problems etc. so =
losses is minimised and legal actions can be taken if deep problems, so =
we all dare to trade.=20
It must be very important for ebay for example, with many problems, =
their business will die.
Regards
Paul
