Greetings,

    I was just about to type this very note....I think a better approach is
to put a positive spin on the whole issue and keep a list of "Known to be
respectable" resources that list members might utilize.  I don't think it
would be as hard nor as sensitive a matter to keep record of....might even
find a volunteer to do that job.  No body wants to be the bad guy....keeper
of the black list!
