Returning to a thread running last year, can anyone state the altitude AE
was flying on the last leg? I did a Google search, and came up empty on
technical details of the flight (what a surprise).
I am looking at the second part of a radio analysis of the last contacts
which was published in the Fall 2001 issue of Radio Club of America
Proceedings, and trying to put some of the calculations in perspective.
Thanks for any leads. I am presently using 10,000 feet as a working
number, but I suspect that is way too high. My perspective is warped out
of shape spending too many hundreds of hours on commercial jets.
