Larry & Group,
Nomenclature wise, there are actually four different mounts for the ATC and
AN/ART-13 (not counting the bottom cover MT-283/ART-13). I don't have my
ATC manual here in Bayou La Batre, haven't scanned it, and never entered
the Navy Type number in the database , but the ATC originally had two
individual rail type shock mounts, one under each end of the transmitter.
AN 16-30ART13-3 says that they are part of COL-52286 so they may not have
had a Navy Type number. These were renomenclatured as MT-161/ART-13. They
were replaced by the familiar MT-283/ART-13 bottom cover and the rare
MT-284/ART-13 shock mount shown in most of the manuals and revisions. And
then there was an MT-284A/ART-13 which I've never come across but is
apparently identical except for nameplate with the MT-284.

know. I'll sell 1 for $45. They are out in the shed so if you want to

And at $45.00, I'd be surprised if you didn't have 45 responses. :-)
