You may not realize it, but some of us old codgers read mail and
news using line-mode non-GUI software on various flavors of *nix.
Not all mail user agents have "reply-to-all" buttons, and the 
same holds true for newsreaders. I have to edit the headers by
hand to change from my MUA's default behavior. 

EPID, troops: Every Person Is Different. How about we just let
people do the best they can, without sarcasm or irony, and admit
that people, being human, will screw up once in a while? 

Can we agree to that?
