It's an X-band wavemeter, TS-33/AP Wavemeter, 8700 - 9500 MHz, 3 MHz
accuracy. Manual: AN 08-35TS33-2.
Curious, mine indicate the actual frequency. Perhaps some manufacturers'
contracts called for a separate frequency chart - that's pure surmise, of
course.
