[Milsurplus] Harris AM/7224/urc & PP/7913/urc Question

Can anyone help with the details on how to hook power up to the PP/7913 for 
the Harris 1000W amp.  I have the 220V pig tail wired into the terminals 
black-green-white looking at it from the back.  I am not sure which terminal 
the small black lead with the lug on it goes to--I have heard it is either 
lug 2 or 3.  I have also heard that lugs 4 & 6 are jumpered and lugs 10 & 11 
are jumpered.  Is this correct?  I have the manual for the AM/7224/urc but 
not the PP/7913 so I am shooting in the dark.  Thanks in advance for any
