[Milsurplus] Looking for mil radio stuff to restore M18 Hellcat Tank Destroyer from K4RN

I am looking for the following items to restore the intercom and
radios in an M18 Hellcat tank destroyer.
Made by Buick in WWII

CS-99 Intercom amplifier  (works with the SCR-610)
SCR-610 radio components
T45 lip mics
PPT switches and headphones for headgear - goes with T45 above
T30 mic (in place of T45s if not available

The amp is super important as the intercom will not work correctly
without this item.  Please have people reply to Dan  K4RN
