[Milsurplus] Need Info on BC-348O, BC-375E

I was lucky enough to obtain some new in the wooden crate WW2 gear, the 
BC-348O and BC-375E with some tuning units and Dynamotor.  However, there are 
no cables for either.  Are these hard to come by? Is the BC-348 connector a 
special?

Also, I need to find some manuals for these.  Are these available anywhere?

The 211 tubes for the 375E were not included.  Are they hard to find?

Thanks in advance for the help!  I am looking forward to getting these on the 
air.
