Knocked me out to find they were "in inventory" then.  Lotsa hams had 'em
in early '55 when I 1st "hammed."

It's just Gen'l Mathew Ridgeway on 3/8/54 telling GIs how, perhaps, to 
bypass jamming.  Several ideas promoted & it's suggested if all fail, 
try some other form of communication.

Now on the "how complete is complete?" theme, the BC-611 man who thot he had
everything has now a new hurdle to cross.
