Tech info desired here........
In what way are the sincgars sets different
in signal from the older stuff ?
Are the sincgars digital ?    If so, what
format ??   APCO P25 ??
If not, why can't one type(sincgars)
communicate with the other type
(VRC-12 series) ?    Or can they ?
Nat'l guard communicators here seem to think
they can't so it's probable
that there is some major difference in the
signal's modulation technique.
