Here's a chance for Wm Donzelli to get a lot of a SCR584. The AA gun-
training radar/computer that shot down all but 1 of the last 101 V1s
in 5/45.

HeMus has a working one @ Balto that was the star of "Eyes of War" on Nova.

I have the "range computer" here. Bathroom-sized

Can you see the Fair Radio ad on this lot?

Control modules, antenna, cables, trailer, & V1 not available.

Bet it's U of Fla EE surplus. G. Tech had a couple of the SCR784 "invasion*"
modules to discover way to jam 'em after mainland China used 'em against us
in early 'nam in the north. S-band tone-mod. sig. near freq. of
spinning circular polarizer apparrently did trick.

Someone here probably has such a jammer.

Story goes China bought 'em fm Baranowski nr. Phila & hitched 'em to French
AA w. somebody's servos. Our low-level fighters had no chance.
But this may be folk legend.

...note 1942 SCRL contract on everything. Hard to beleive thing started
   so early.

and note this is '584(*) not 784 since latter used hydrogen thyratron
   rather than 6C21s as switches. & 6C21 a good near-miss on a 750TL.
