Ralph:

I think that the situation I was trying to describe is simply a
manifestation of Internet vagarities. What caught my attention was that
I saw a couple of answers to a question I thought I missed. Then the
question showed up 3 days later, with the time stamp of the earlier day.
A long delayed echo if you will. I was curious if others using ISPs
other than Juno were seeing this, and apparently they are. So, some got
the posting in a timely way, and answered, while others of us did not see
it until much later. Got lost in the dead letter office for a while. I
thought they turned down USPS control of the Internet?

As you may have heard, Juno had temporarily suspended ARRL forwarding
because of "too much SPAM" which I thought was a case of the pot calling
the kettle black. Anyway, I suspect most of the problem is in some Juno
server somewhere which was down for a couple of days with some messages
stuck in it.

Thanks for answering,
73 and Merry Christmas,
George
