[Milsurplus] ID an ARC unit?

Barry & Group,

ID'd by the tube complement and the connector numbers, it is an A.R.C. Type 
R-19 (28V).  Tunes 118-148 MC AM only.  The missing nameplate would have been 
above J-303.
