[Milsurplus] LOGSA files

Joe & crew:

I just downloaded a file as a test and it worked OK.  However, they do have
the following note on one of the pages:
" The ETM database will be offline Friday from 2000 to 1700 Saturday CST."

So, maybe some of the files are inaccessable.  The only ones that are
allowed without an ID and password are in the data/A subdirectory.  If you
attempt a download of files in any other (e.g. "D") you get prompted for the
ID.

I had a similar problem last week, but now it seems to be OK.
