Think of what the radar guys have had to live with all these years. Knowing 
the info they forwarded could have saved lives. That had to be rough. I was 
only 2 years old then but I do remember black out curtains a few years later 
and the air raid wardens checking houses with lights showing when there was 
a drill. Still have an air raid wardens helmut. It was a WWI steel helmut 
painted white. John
