[Milsurplus] Modifications to the WS 19 Set

John & Group,

I have, I think, every Surplus Conversion Handbook, Schematic Handbook, etc. 
that was published.  The only thing that I find on the WS 19 Set in any of 
them is the schematic (in one case identified as the Mark II).
