You're lucky!
That is a bridge, kind of like a Wheatstone, used for
testing capacitors for value and breakdown voltage, it
also tests the value of inductors and resistors. It
will also check the value of tuned circuits. It will
also test very low resistances, like motor or
transformer windings. If I'm not mistaken it will
tell you how many windings are on the item inquestion.
It will also measure the "Q" of a circuit.
Are you suitable impressed yet?
Very handy and worth hunting for documentation to
learn to use it properly.
How much do you want for it?
I just bought a ZM-11.
