[Milsurplus] SOLAR PANELS NEEDED

Remember, solar panels degrade rapidly when exposed to the sun, and any
surplus panles are likely to be not worth the trouble.  Also, technology in
solar cells ahs changed greatly over the years, and 20 year old panels are
likely to be only half as effiecient (when both new) as the newer
technology.  I use new 'ofreign' panels here for back-up and field day use,
and love 'em.
