There were several "after market" builders for SCR-274N accessories.
Contrary to what some believe, the SCR-274N saw service on
LF and HF long after the end of WWII.

Many racks were reconditioned after the war.
They would be disassembled, stripped of paint and tags,
cleaned and reassembled. The nomenclature was stamped on them.
I had 15 of these racks in the refurbisher's sealed packages.
It was some outfit in California, IIRC. Think I have one
or two of those still around somewhere.
Don't know why some used the metal tags to show
overhaul dates. Maybe it was an Auzzie thing.
