[Milsurplus] LST-325

I am sending this to all concerned looking for insight in procurement of 
equipment.  I am currently involved
in the restoration of the radio room aboard the LST-325.  It has been 
brought to my attention that the projected
goal is to have the ship ready to sail in June 2003 for a coastal tour as a 
floating museum.  One of the goals
is to have a static display on the tank deck of some of the vehicles 
carried by the LSTs.

My question is this:  I need all the information available necessary for 
the procurement through direct transfer of equipment or through donations 
of the following equipment.

Sherman tank
half-track vehicle
jeep with trailer
Jimmy 2-1/2 Ton truck

As I am a USAF retiree, and not familiar with all of the Navy requirements, 
I am asking for all the help all of you out there can give to make our goal 
possible.  It is important that the service of the LST be preserved and 
available for the younger generation.
