Be advised that there are 50 Ohm and 75 Ohm Type N connectors. If you plug 
a 50 Ohm male connector into a 75 Ohm female connector, you will damage if 
not destroy the female connector.  If you plus a 75 Ohm male into a 50 Ohm 
female you will probably not get a connection. I found this out the hard way.

I am not sure, but, possibly the same situation exists with the C connector.
