I believe they were mfg. by Western Electric. Had a  gm of 50,000 and a =
150 MHz n/f < 1.5 dB.  They were popular in the 1950's for vhf-uhf =
pre-amps.  I think they were listed in the ARRL Hand Book in the 50-60s.
