Hi David,

By now you've got most of it, I bet.
telefoon means telephone, but can also be used for phone/microphone combo.
zendwijze (note the ij instead of y) means literally transmission mode and
is usually
the switch that sets CW,MCW or phone.
All in all I bet you've got some green box made in the fifties or sixties
by Philips
or van der Heem in front of you...
