[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - FED EX 1295

     8992.0 was active at 0118z with FED EX 1295 (good/fair levels on
western SDR) calling MAINSAIL a couple of times.

     11175.0 was active at 0120z with FED EX 1295 calling MAINSAIL with no
known response.l

No known NCS message traffic has been heard or reported on the HFGCS since
the 1917z UTC 07 May 25 broadcast of the 22 character 5WFWW; and, that
single string was the only string heard or reported since a 30 minute
1500z-1525z window of 3 4A strings on UTC 06 May 25. Which in turn were the
only strings since 0624z 05 May 25. Except for ground station "test counts"
and light E6B 274 traffic of 3 groups it is very "quiet" (through 0140z).
