[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/13927.0 USB - FRACTURE/THRASHER

     8992.0 was active at 2337z with FRACTURE (sounds like; very weak in
the noise floor of western SDR but readable) calling ANY MARS RADIO a few
times "on 13927." Apparently simulcasting.

     13927.0 was found active at 2342+/- with MARS RADIO (good levels on
midwestern SDR) working an unheard station (on the SDR). MR called him
"aircraft(er)" [sounds like] a number of times; asked his location; MR
advised he would adjust his antenna for the "northwest"; provided multiple
signal checks; and then asked for his callsign. MARS RADIO then id'd him as
THRASHER (sounds like) and out. [It did not sound like "THRESHER."]
