0109za+/- UNPIN 47 (AE33FT) launched from TINKER and is flying westbound.
ADSBExchange has him as a stub on their mapping site. Lots of one-off HEX
codes for certain E6Bs recently.

     8992.0 was active at 0120z and 0121z with CIGARETTE calling MEMORIAL
(NCS HFGCS), raising a weak MEMORIAL (female operator) but did not respond.
He called again at 0125z and again at 0126z, this time raising MEMORIAL
(weak; female) and immediately MEMORIAL (good levels; male operator) and
requested to enter the net. Process completed at 0129z.

     8992.0 was active at 0136z, 0138z, and 0140z with CIGARETTE calling
BLACK BODY with no known response, At 0143z CIGARETTE called BLACK BODY and
began his message traffic script: HOP FNE ABK; time 0144; authenticate with
UT; repeat; CIGARETTE out.

     8992.0 was active at 0150z with MEMORIAL broadcasting the 30 character
EAM HJNXJT.

     8992.0 was active at 0155z and 0158z with CIGARETTE calling ANIMATION
"on 11175" with no known response,

     8992.0 was active at 0200z, 0230z and 0300z with EASY WAY (massively
bad, painful audio) broadcasting HJNXJT at the h+00/h+30 NCS/ABNCP/GULF
restoral rebroadcast windows. At 0300z did not hear him on 11175.0 and
15016 on multiple SDRs.

At 0306z DAGON 70 is southeast bound over August, Georgia.
