[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 USB - ASSORTED and PRODUCER

1727z Presumed E6B (GROG 66; AEB302) launched from TINKER; flew west then
south around a weather system; and entered the Gulf around 1938z, GROG 66
didn't activate that callsign (on ADSBExchange) until around 0033z.
8992.0 was active at 2157z with ASSORTED broadcasting the 30 character
EAM HJDPLF.
8992.0 was active at 2230z, 2300z and 2330z with PRODUCER (excellent
levels; excellent audio) broadcasting HJDPLF at the NCS/ABNCP/GULF
h+00/h+30 restoral rebroadcast windows.
PRODUCER/GROG 66 was approaching the Texas coast at the time of his initial
broadcast. GROGG 66 is currently northbound along the Texas/New Mexico
border. Visible as a "stub" on ADSBExchange.
