[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - SYRACUSE

     11175.0 was active at 1634z and 1643z with SYRACUSE (good levels on
California SDR) calling MAINSAIL "on 11175" (and simulcasting on 8992.0).
He raised MAINSAIL (weakish) but did not connect.

     8992.0 was active at 1649z with SYRACUSE calling MAINSAIL "on 8992"
(and simulcasting on 11175) with no known response.

     11175.0 (only) was active at 1652z with SYRACUSE calling out to
WOODWIND or WOODWARD and into his message traffic of three groups: GBI YMA
LNQ; I say again; GBI YMA LNQ; This completes (garbled in the recorded and
looped audio; maybe 274) message of three groups; SYRACUSE out. He did not
provide a time stamp or an authentication statement. His audio suffered
from destructive audio artifacts.

SYRACUSE is not visible on ADSB mapping sites. He was at good levels on
western SDRs. Believed to be out of TRAVIS.
