8992.0 was active at 0410z through 0420z with RING BONE calling
MAINSAIL to exit the net. He finally tried 11175.0.

1303z BESET 17 (E6B; AE041B) launched from TINKER and flew north to the
OFFUTT area. He immediately entered a box pattern orbit around OFFUTT. At
1521z BESET 17 immediately changed his HEX code in flight to AEA9FS and
continued his box orbit. This can be followed on the ADSBExchange playback
function.

11175.0 was active at 1909z with LAND LADY working BASE PAY (NCS
HFGCS) to exit the net. LAND LADY is presumed to be BESET 17. At 1909z
BESET 17 was southbound directly over Kansas City, Missouri enroute to
TINKER.

8992.0 was active at 2022z with CONCLAVE calling BASE PAY.

11175.0 was active at 2035z with CONCLAVE calling BASE PAY and
entering the net in the blind.

     11175.0 was active at 2041z, 2043z, 2045z and 2049z with CONCLAVE
calling DISCORD with no known response. BASE PAY did respond at 2043z with
no response from CONCLAVE. At the 2049z call BASE PAY responded with a
signal check; CONCLAVE made a brief acknowledgement of same.

11175.0 was active at 2051z with CONCLAVE calling RED BRACE (sounds
like) with no known response. At 2055z CONCLAVE called RED BRACE and, in
the blind, went into his message of 3 groups script: GPL IVO ABK; "at"
2056Z; authentication YQ; I say again; repeat in full; CONCLAVE out.

8992.0 was active at 2122z with BASE PAY broadcasting the
120-character EAM H5YV3E. As with all 120 character strings containing quad
single-element groups, this string conforms to the strict structure of
6/17/[4 (18/quad) blocks]/9-element closing block.

8992.0 was active at 2146z with BASE PAY broadcasting the 30-character
EAM HJXN7W. [HJ/H5 - yet another recent example of first-character
consistency across group prefix sets. It catches the eye.]

     11175.0 was active at 2151z, 2220z, 2250z, and 2320z with RING BONE
broadcasting HJXN7W at the H+20/H+50 TACAMO PAC restoral rebroadcast
windows. His audio was and is painful to the ear (loud power
supply squeal.) Nothing heard at 2350z.

11175.0 was active at 2154z with PUERTO RICO broadcasting a test count.

25 Mar 25 UTC

11175.0 was active at 0223z with ALLSTATE (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting the
30-character EAM HJ6NKD.

11175.0 was active at 0250z and 0320z with LISTERINE (pre 0000z RING
BONE) broadcasting HJ6NKD.

LISTERINE/RING BONE has not been visible on ADSB mapping sites.
