[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - ROAD CREW; DESIRABLE; and YOUNG BOY

      11175.0 was active at 1409z with YOUNG BOY (probably APRON 67)
calling ROAD CREW and passing his message traffic of 3 groups: NIF OPY ABK;
Time 1410; Authentication UR; repeated; and out.

     11175.0 was active at 1547z and 1558z with DESIRABLE (NCS HFGCS)
broadcasting the 30 character EAM HJL6I3.

     11175.0 was active at 1600z, 1630z, 1700z and 1730z with YOUNG BOY
broadcasting HJL6I3 at their h+00/h+30 restoral rebroadcast windows. He was
over the Gulf (active NOTAM reservations at the time).

YOUNG BOY was "dark" on ADSB mapping sites through this time.  APRON 67
AE041B became visible on ADSB mapping sites at 1943z over the Florida
panhandle flying northeast from the Gulf.
