1758z+/- 08 Mar 25 CANTO 47 (E6B; perhaps TACAMO LANT) launched from PAX
RIVER, flew south along the Atlantic coast; and, turned west. As soon as he
turned west he slowed to approximately 200 kn+/- ground speed for much of
his cross country trip. The trip was leisurely.

11175.0 was active at 2146z with SECONDED (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting the
30 character EAM HJE4PZ.

11175.0 was active at 2310z and 2340z with APPRAISAL (apparently CANTO
47 over northern KANSAS) broadcasting HJE4PZ at the TACAMO LANT H+10/H+40
restoral rebroadcast window. The only nearby ocean at the time was the
ocean of grass of the Great Plains beneath his flight path. CANTO 47 had
sped up and descended to 20000 feet at the time of the two broadcasts. He
was not heard earlier with the string on 11175.0 or 8992.0. He then flew
to Wichita, Kansas for pattern work at the airport; and, then south to
TINKER. He was not heard exiting the net; however...

11175.0 was active at 0128z 09 Mar 25 with DOGPATCH (believed to be
new UTC day APPRAISAL/CANTO 47) calling someone (missed it); raising
someone else (MAINSAIL maybe) who he did not hear, or ignored; and,
eventually DOGPATCH called DICTATE and in the blind began his message
traffic script for a message of 3 groups: IKX LXW ENA; Time 30;
Authentication GW; I say again: repeated the entirety of the message; and
out.

11175,0 was active earlier at 0008z 09 Mar 25 with RICH LADY
conducting their daily new UTC day communications test count.
